OHM MUSIC AND FILM WORKS - Our company engages in
the Recording and Film Industries by producing, Publishing, manufacturing, and
promoting the musical styles of R&B, Hip- Hop, Dance, Rock, Latin, Blues,
Jazz, Comedy and Gospel music. We will feature documentaries and produce movie
sound tracks for various up and coming feature films. In stores and through

ONLINE HOUSE MUSIC - is a division dedicated
souly to the "World of House Music". We venture in dept into the many facets
of the dance community ranging from New Music Reviews, Dancers Page, House
Awards and the ever popular "Classics Page" devoted to the Legends of Dance
Music. We also offer "Best of Lists" such as: New Artist, DJ, and Song chosen
by web surfers via our sight.
OHM OUTFITTERS (GEAR) - Our Fashion division we
call GEAR, will utilize the built in exposure the web- sight provides to offer
contemporary fashion items to suit our market. These types of promotional
tools encourage user participation user participation and repeat visits to our
sight.
INTERNET DIVISION - The Internet division of OHM
allows us to stay contemporary in our interactions with our listeners and
potential customers worldwide! It gives us a direct outlet to sell a variety
of products direct to the public online: products ranging from CDs and
cassettes, to concert tickets, T-shirts, and posters. Our Internet website
provides another promotional vehicle for our Music division, giving us the
opportunity to hold contests, interviews and invite " Voters Choice"

MUSIC PUBLISHING - Music publishing is
potentially a highly lucrative division of our company. We are recruiting and
signing writers in addition to those Artist- Songwriters we will release
production. By signing songwriters, retaining and marketing their material on
the artists we release on our label (as well as other labels), we stand to
greatly increase our profit potential.
THE MULTIMEDIA DIVISION - We are expanding the
reaches of our Entertainment Company to encompass the Video, Film, and
Television Industries. Initially, we will involve ourselves with the
production of sound tracks to be associated with pre-existing Film and or
Television productions. We will also produce videos to promote the CDs we
market. We intend to pursue cable television for a specific type of program in
connection with our website featuring OHM and other Dance, Rap, Hip Hop and
R&B Artists. In the tradition of the Underground Network the possibilities for
an Online House Music Party Show seem endless and inevitable! International
markets could be included in the venture for production and syndication. It is
our goal to link OHM with business partnered in these various fields of the
visual mediums so we can profit from these additional sources of Entertainment
